Refund & Cancellation Policy

All memberships and services are billed in advance.

Cancellations
Memberships may be canceled with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to zach@blackoakathletics.com

Refunds
Payments already processed are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for unused classes or partial months.

Failed Payments
Accounts with failed payments may have services paused until resolved.

Changes
Policies are subject to change with notice.
