This image was taken in 2019 shortly before our wedding. Cat and I are in this photo surrounded by the community that we found at District Crossfit in Washington, DC.

That photo is why we wanted to open this gym.

That photo represents many demographics. There are lawyers, teachers, doctors, service members, and blue tradesmen in that photo. There are powerlifters, Crossfit Games athletes, entry level Crossfitters, and everything in between. People from many different walks of life who, if not for the gym, may never have met.

Nobody in that photo cared about where anyone else was at in their journey.

That Saturday they all joined together to do a workout together to celebrate our wedding.
